It is not possible to cancel a transaction in the following cases:

If, at the time of delivery of the goods, the customer and/or a person on his behalf is not present for the purpose of ordering the goods by the buyer and the customer has not informed in advance of the cancellation of the delivery of the goods, or the customer cancels the delivery on the scheduled delivery date, even if he does, the customer pays the delivery cancellation fee in the amount of 150 shekels.
The client must re-agree with the support service on the date of delivery. Failure by the buyer to set a new date for the order does not release him from full payment for the order placed by him. When sending the item a second time, the buyer will be charged a cancellation fee in addition to paying the original shipping cost.

Clients, in addition to paying for furniture, also bear the cost of its transportation by the company in accordance with the prices published on the website. Payment for the dismantling of existing goods and / or removal on behalf of the customer is agreed only with the carrier. Shipping costs will be paid directly to the carrier when the furniture arrives at the customer’s home.
The customer must make sure that the goods ordered by him fall into the place allotted for him through the stairwell to the apartment and to the room. In cases where the furniture can only be delivered to the client’s home with a crane, the cost of renting the crane will be applied to the buyer.
If it is necessary to disassemble the goods in order to bring them to the buyer’s house and reassemble them, an additional payment will be required. In buildings where there is no lift and in cases where the goods do not enter the lift, customers will be charged a fee of NIS 60 for each additional floor above the third floor.
